FWL Studios uses Discord to manage commissions and related communications. Messages and files shared in tickets may be recorded in ticket transcripts when tickets are closed. These records are used for order management, accountability, and dispute resolution.
Discord is a separate service provider with its own privacy practices. Your use of Discord is also subject to Discord's terms and privacy policy.
We may also rely on payment processors, invoice tools, file-delivery services, or other providers where needed to operate a commission. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
We accept payment methods subject to availability, including Wise, PayPal Goods & Services, bank wire transfer, Payoneer, and cryptocurrency where agreed with Management.
We use relevant transaction details to confirm payments, manage invoices, resolve payment issues, and maintain required records. Payment providers may independently collect and process financial information under their own privacy policies.
Do not send passwords, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive financial information through tickets or email.
We do not sell personal information. Access to commission records is limited to Management and, where necessary for the work, the Freelancer assigned to the commission.
We may share the minimum information necessary with payment providers, service providers, or professional advisers to operate our services, process payments, provide support, or resolve disputes.
We may also disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Clients, Freelancers, or FWL Studios.
Because FWL Studios uses online platforms and service providers, information may be processed in countries other than the country in which you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will take reasonable steps to use an appropriate transfer mechanism. The countries and safeguards involved depend on the providers used for a particular service.

Closed ticket transcripts may be retained for record-keeping and dispute resolution. The precise retention period should be established according to our operational and legal requirements.
